Want to recover lost data-please help :(

It is possible to recover lost data and files through data recovery softwares once i used Kernel for FAT and NTFS hard disk data recovery software for the recovery of deleted data and files from my hard drive which was accidentally deleted by me and then i used it, it recovered all my data...
