i just updated to windows 8.1. And yeah i heard about the update KB 2962407 on the hp support site. Checked for the error update, couldnt find it. Still no sound :(

Laptop hp-envy j049tx. No sound from speakers and mic jack(headphones) after 2 mins of booting windows 8.1. Sound disappears after that. System restored laptop,updated all drivers,reinstalled all drivers, enabled and disabled driver,still no sound. Have warranty, gave for repair still no use...
