    What connector? I just connect my tv to ups and it works just fine. TV takes more current from my pc. So now i think the problem is my monitor.

    The problem was always there.one thing i forgot to say was the blinking stops when i decreased the resolution to very low. I think about 1024*768. But that is not the max my dell monitor can be viewed.right?? The problem gets back when i increased resolution
