The cost of Asus K Series K53SV-SX520D with 7500GB HDD and GT540M GPU is costing me 38k n Dell 15r with same i5 , 500GB HDD and GT 525M is costing around 46k. Any idea why the huge diff of Rs.8000 for similar config? Is the service and notebook quality of dell better than Asus ?? :confused:

Asus K Series K53SV-SX520D looks like a realy good bargain . The specs to price ratio is awesome. how abt the quality of acer Nb's. I've heard that the failure rate is high in Hp NB's (Worked for hp previously :twisted: ) . so how is acer and their after sales service ??

yup ...... other laptop brand suggestions also would be helpful.....considering the budget n also the after sales service (more keen on this).

Vaio is overshooting my budget when i consider the same above config. for a price of around 40k , VAIO has a 512Mb geforce 410M graphic card when i can get a 1gb card in dell.
