I got replacement. The dealer arranged a new monitor to my nearest showroom of them.

Everything is fine expect the monitor Cabinet looks fine and super silent. There are two fans in cabinet 1 in front +led fan) one in back ( no led). And led is not annoying one. Looks steady and beautiful. Installed win 7 , I can reboot the pc in lessthan 16 seconds and booting time noticed...
