As you have mentioned that you will not be upgrading for atleast 2-3 years, you should go for a h67 based mobo which have better features than h61 based mobos. stick with i5 2400/H67 combo which is well within your budget.
the bottomline is bulldozer has dissapointed many. the performance they are going to deliver now has been delivered by intel almost a year ago and price wise too sandy bridge shines :neutral:
Bulldozer 8150 doesn't have 8 "cores" but 4 modules.
