OP, you really need to decide on the platform first- Android, WP or Blackberry....then we can help with the product. FYI none of the above products can do all that you are asking for very well. Around 20k the best phone would be the Xperia SP

+1 for ZR. If you want to buy something best suited for web browsing, then buy the LG G Pro or the Galaxy Note 2 (available for 26-27k). Grand 2 is strictly mid market product.

Only Samsung makes Amoled screen phones. Choose between the 30k 5.5 inch Note 2 or the 32k 5 inch S4. Both run Android 4.3 and will get the Kitkat upgrade

I had the same criteria, bought the LG Optimus G Pro for 27k, immensely happy with it for the past couple of months You could also consider the Note 2. The only 5.5 inch+ Windows phone is the Lumia 1320- doesnt have the hardware you want. That is only available in the 41k Lumia 1520

In your requirement set, the best fit is the Xperia ZR. You could also consider the ZL with its 1080p screen, and the cheaper N4, but i would go with the ZR. Good battery, elements protection, 2 GB RAM, and a better camera than the N4.
