GDDR5 is Graphic memory(a bit different from system memory). Comes on the graphic card itself, and is used by the graphic card only.
The sapphire graphic card is very much compatible with the motherboard.
There's Dell IN2020M for 6.8k. LED but it's 1600x900. I don't think they make 1680x1050 anymore. Have only seen 1600x900 and 1920x1080 resolutions.
Maybe you can go for 5770 instead of 6850 and use the money saved to go for phenom x4 955BE.
Mostly fine with it, though a couple of questions.
a. Phenom II-935 vs Athlon X4-640 (is the extra money worth the extra performance)
b. GTS 450 vs Radeon 5750. (I'm a bit partial to radeon, but is gts 450 worth it, also seems some 1k more expensive)
