Why the hell no brand offers a small android phone? She used 5 inch OnePlus X since 5 years and it's easily one hand useable device. I need simple clean OS for general use, no flashing custom ROMs etc.
Also Android One platform is dead I guess now. Market is full of craps.
Only iPhones and pixel phones care about simple OS and one hand usability but that is so expensive.

No need to flash anything on MIUI, Poco says it will be ad free for their devices. But there will be suggestions & there are guides online to stop those:

I followed that for my mother's RN8 Pro & didn't see any ad as well. I'd say MIUI is better than Vivo & Oppo's UI, Realme UI is a different take on ColorOS & seems good (on par with MIUI). I'd still rate Samsung's One UI & OP's Oxygen OS as top android UI (yes, above stock because stock lacks many features).

Dude get nokia phones. All android ones. I bought 3 devices. Have been awesome in my experience.

Mom won't like heavy and bulky phone. Her OnePlus X is just 138g and that Poco X3 will be whopping 87g high.
Remember there was a time when phone manufacturers keep the phone tinier and slimmer for premium.

Nokia sold out to HDM Global. They are just using the brand name for phones. Phones are not that premium. Many complaint about micro USB port gets broken. They hardly launched any phone this year. 14k for Nokia 5.3 and that comes with 4GB RAM and Snap 665 11nm
Take a look at samsung M series then but be sure to watch this video first as samsung is now following the same path as redmi,realme etc with the difference being they try to trick you into ads at the time of first time setup of the phone but after that it is fine.

Seems like after reading reviews. Nokia, LG, Sony phones are dead. Chinese brands took over android phones market. Samsung survived by M series but most having mediocre 9611 chipset.

Once in a blue moon, Nokia phones have a decent price otherwise they seem to be relying on their name too much.

If cameras, and screen quality is your need, go for it. And it does not have a weak exynos, It has SD 730, so that will also give good performance.
Pretty justifiable for that price.
