Is that only for me? You do not have that issue?
I am observing that every alternate update of Tapatalk introduces this feature of not loading images while the other update enables it for the last 4 updates.

Happening with both WiFi and 3G. Previously I used to see this with 2G.
Will have to try resetting Tapatalk by deleting all data first.
Also after the latest update the notification seems to have gone haywire. I would have a notification showing 13 updates but on opening Tapatalk there will be only 2 new posts. Also these will show up after a manual refresh.

Yes, notifications are all over the place for me too! Really annoying, had to unsubscribe all the topic in the end. But images are loading absolutely fine for me, in fact this seems to be only update where all the images are loading and not a single one is skipping! That's nice. But they need to fix the notification thing.

It was possible in a previous build of Tapatalk. I think the latest update disabled it.

For the last week or I so, am getting a notification that says Digit forum has 2 updates irrespective of the actual number of updates. It is driving me crazy!

This is Tapatalk app notification in my Android.
Forum was migrated to new domain and new server. You would have to remove the old entry and add it again by searching "The Digit Forum".
Try it.. issue got resolved for me after doing this.

But, the ones who bought it back in the days have their account under Pro banner.
Maybe ads are present for non pro user. OP should post screenshot of the ads.
