[URGENT!!]Android tablet under 25k(max29k)

Im going out to buy a tablet for my mother in half an hour.Please suggest a tablet that has pendrive and tv out support.It must also have good audio(headphone) output.

Google Nexus 7, iPad mini and Samsung galaxy TAB 2 7.0. All these have HDMI out but not pendrive support in built. U will have to buy extra accessories for that....
