What I am looking for is something with no RGB Lights and all that gaming stuff. Just something to get work done. Weight is not a issue. dGPU must. Will run Linux on it. Screen should be good for watching videos(OLED preferred). A good build preferred as it will be carried and moved around by me. Should last next 5 years without any upgrades. Good thermals. Blacklight keyboard.

And most importantly, Should have an Ethernet Port. But also not a deal breaker, if all other criteria is met, then this can be compromised with.

If there's no gaming, why do you need a dGPU?

Minor video editing will be fine on CPU + iGPU.

Anyways this meets your requirements:
www.amazon.in/ASUS-Vivobook-NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-3050-Fingerprint-M3500QC-L1712WS/dp/B0C1YWXN9Q/
Its performance will be noticeably lower than gaming laptops with same specs because of TDP limitations put in place to keep temps in check. Sadly no RAM upgrade. Get AMD for battery life over Intel.

Keep its back a bit elevated for better air flow.
