I am planning for buying a photo printer for home use. After sifting through the web shortlisted the following two
Epson ME Office 620F
HP Photosmart Plus B209a
Purpose is to print photos in decent quality.Please advise which one of them will be a better choice & whether the cartridges for these printers can be refilled as cost / page has to be affordable on the long run.
