NFS Shift: Reward query

hi,
I have a very silly query for those who have played Shift. When we are promoted to a new level we get several rewards. Now one such reward says "WON FALKEN TIRE FORD MUSTANG GT". Does this mean a car???

if yes then how do we collect this car. I saw in a lot of levels we get this type of rewards... what exactly are these...

These cars can be used in quick race mode.
Move to reward cars tab to select these.
These aren't available for playing in campaign.
