Mobo to replace ASRock X370 Pro4

I built an AMD computer with this ASRock mobo. The computer isn't turning on, have checked everything except the mobo and processor (Ryzen 3200G). Presuming the mobo is dead, wanted a recommendation for a new mobo. Mobo was purchased in May 2019, so is just over 3 years old, I think out of warranty.

Thanks omega44-xt. I have pretty basic needs, mostly office work, webinars, max some video editing. No gaming or overclocking. I have another computer with an Asus Prime A320M-K (which is also giving some trouble but under warranty). I'm wondering if I should get something similar for this computer as well. Lot cheaper, seems to meet my needs.

Asrock B450M Pro 4 would cost about 6k, that should do.
