Line Flickering on bottom of laptop screen

Hello,
I've been seeing a vertical line flickering at the bottom of my laptop screen . Is this a hardware issue or anything that can be fixed by GPU driver tinkering?

strange , its fine now . its happened yesterday night and morning when I booted up my laptop for 2minutes . will share the gif here if it happens again.
