I have PIII 1.0 GHZ/320 RAM/AGP4X which graphic card is suits me most?

You can try any low end AGP like GF 5200/5500 or radeon 9250/9550. Although they are most suitable for AGP 8X, it will scale down to AGP 4X. Check the specifications before buying. It should say AGP 4X/8X. It means that they will scale down to AGP 4X.

Fo for radeon series, for the 4X radeon was teh much better
