How to Copy "Contact Details" Data from Contact Notes to "Phone Number" Column?

My contacts went berserk when I imported my contact details from ProtonMail to Google Contacts . I have around 500 contacts with no numbers , the data is imported as shown below .

I want to automate the task of moving the number from Contact Details to Phone Number Column . Is there any app that can do the work?

i have experienced the same when i tried to copy contacts from an old nokia to android.

How did you export it? Usually exporting/importing as VCF works well. Although, I haven't tested this functionality directly with proton mail
