Find which apps running in background & RAM consumed by them in MIUI 12.5

In the screenshot attached, we can see only 1.3 GB of RAM available. Here only Tapatalk in recent apps, a virtual volume button app is running as floating widget & in notification bar & a touch block app is running. Replace MIUI with a custom rom.
