Which OS ? If Windows, use " Home Group " option.

Both Windows 10. Please elaborate that
Just use windows networking,if both devices are connected to same wifi network then simply select network type as private. *support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4043043/windows-10-make-network-public-private After that just right click on any folder you want to share & select give access to--specific people.

You can even access these folders on same network from android devices file manager..
For
FX File manager > network > "+" button > windows smb host > browse
Mix > bookmarks > add storage > Lan (samba)
Es file explorer > lan setting

You can also copy more than 4gb+ sized files on android through this.. (no android size restriction, don't know about android 10+)

But i will suggest you "Resilio Sync" app on both computer and android for best transfer speeds.. for bigger files.. for transferring files from windows and android only.. :)
