    For performance reasons I have moved from kdemod to xfce. I am slowly starting to like xfce and I want to have a long and healthy relationship with it. Please help me get started. I use Arch i686 and my rig is in my siggy. I installed xfce4, xfce4-goodies, xchat, firefox and xine. Anything else ?

    which is the lightest windows manager?

    Hi guys running the new versions of linux on a low end machine is a challange and the major resource hogger is the window manager. I personaly like xfce or window maker but which is the lightest window manager according to you? I think fluxbox is a good contender what do you say. bye
