when ever i turn on the mobile date noting happends,the apn is checked

Hi guys..............I'm from Thane-Mumbai, I want a broadband connection on my place, I've chosen Airtel as service provider but couldn't get the contact no. I've already contacted the customer care and mailed them too but all r invain. Can anyone having Airtel connection in Thane help me out...
