I need an antiglare because i spend too much time on my computer and this really strains my eyes. I have been told that 3M is the only company which makes effective antiglare screens. But he said that the antiglare for this 17" monitor will cost 1750/-. This seems to be a bit expensive to me...

what should be ideal brightness and contrast of monitor....... with antiglare screen....? without antiglare screen ?

which antiglare is recommended? in terms of lumination permitted,etc. i have a 14" curved monitor. thanks.

1) In what way does it help? (i use comp a lot) 2) My monitor is somewhat Curved(14inch). So will the antiglare screen fit on my monitor? 3) I have set refresh rate at 85Hz. Do i still need the anti-glare screen?
