Please don't. This is obsolete hardware. The HD 8000 series was released via OEMs in 2013. Right now it is almost 2022.

4K is not an extra feature. It's just that newer models support it by default. If you don't need 4K just use it at a lower resolution. I currently have an RX 6900 XT connected to a 1080p monitor until I can get a better monitor. It's overkill for 1080p but doesn't mean it can't be used.

HD 7300 is an obsolete GPU. Unless you get it for free, please do not touch it with a 10-foot pole.
