For gaming i think a value for money Biostar mobo hi-fi Z97WE would do just fine. This one has some really good sound and helps you save atleast 5K off your rig.
Good config. Biostar hi-f- Z97WE is now available in India. I think they launched it in July..maybe you should check with their resellers in your city.
My reseller told me that Biostar NM701-1037U combo motherboard is good for "Server" PC. He said he used this and liked it. ~14 watts at idle and integrated GPU makes this mobo ideal for 1080P/HTPC use.

I would also suggest you budget for sound card? Whats the point of a gaming PC and no high quality sound?
or Instead of buying another sound card and spending approx 5K for it, you could simply consider some of the newer mobos like the Biostar HifiZ97WE that come inbuilt with HD sound...

What about sound? Do you plan to invest separately for sound support? You will need to add another 5K minimum for a good sound card. Or you could try some new mobos that offer inbuilt HD sound. I picked up Biostar Hi-Fi Z97WE exactly for this reason
