At 65% power setting, the maximum temperature recorded was 74°C. The jerking has reduced a bit, but it's still there. I'll try 50% next and report. What is the minimum power setting that I should set?

I have reduced the maximum process power to 65% in both plugged in as well as battery modes. However, the jerking in games has not yet reduced. Will the above pictorial procedure for applying thermal paste given by prongs298 help reduce cpu temps ?
