    Actually our expectation is always high enough but our budget always low enough. So, my answer is - Yes you can have one! but not that one is from a well known brand. I think Micromax will be a good option for you. Check them.

    How to permanently save contacts (from android phone)

    You should practice keeping backup of your phone contacts in Google Drive or in Dropbox. I do this things for myself and it always works just fine. Try to synchronize your contacts in your SD card too!
