Flashget traces after removal

Hi I had the latest version of Flashget V1.9.6 installed in my work laptop. The company I work for has a software that scans the PC's for any software like P2P it did show that Flashget was installed so I uninstall it from the Add and Remove Programs, also deleted the Folder Flashget from...
