Yahoo! Messenger Troubleshooting!

guys pls help me!
i recently installed Yahoo! Messenger 7, and i have Norton Internet Security 2005,
when logging in, the norton security warned me that messenger is trying to access the net which can be a danger for the pc, it showed high risk symbol and by mistake i pressed OK which banned the messenger from accessing the net.
Do i have to reinstall messenger or norton? or can i change the rules for messenger in norton? and how can i change the rules?
pls guys reply fast cause i have an urgent work with the Yahoo! Messenger!

tht means ur messenger has been firewalled by norton internet security (which in itself is a big headache)

no probs ....

just open up its window and make the yahoo messenger an exception and restart and thts it ur prob is solved !!!

friends please help me!
i recently installed Yahoo Messenger 9.0 version. The problem is that I am unable to download the Yahoo Messenger totally. It was able to load upto 99% and then it is standing still without any performance. When i tried to use it, it is working at one time and not opening during other times. When I am trying to delete the Program from my Computer so as to down load again it is not getting deleted. And I need the Yahoo Messenger very much to carryout my works. Friends please help me in the regard.

Okay...neither u have to reinstall norton nor yahoo mssgr .U go to console and setting of
norton.In the settings u can unblock each program as your desire which norton has blocked due to security problem.
hope it will help u.......

uninstall yahoo mssgr.Then download the setup file from yahoo's website.start setup and download complete installation.after that u will not have any problem
