ok here goes in detail what you exactly need:
1.
resource hacker or
Resource Builder
2. the above two are for experienced users. if you are not familiar with em theres another freeware )
Boot Editor - but you cant make login screens with this .
3. image editing software. photshop or psp. i prefer psp.
4.most important! a backup of your ntoskrnl.exe and logonui.exe.
the risk in downloading bootup screens off the net and applying em is that if their version of the file is different from yours then your in for it mate!
