XFX Card Died

hello everyone
i was using xfx 6600gt but a couple of days ago a very small component labeled C89 near the jack of the fan melted
now is that covered under guarantee/warantee if no
where should i take the card to get it repaired (address of xfx service center)
preferably in Delhi or Kolkata Kolkata is nearest metro
a pic of the burnt component is added together with a pic of the card to get it better

how old is ur card?generally burnt products r not covered under warranty.still u can give it a try and send ur carrd for RMA.

well i was downloading some stuff & the system just shut down & when i tried to start the system again i saw a sparkle & immediately cut the power & then i found my card's dead & my card is only one yr old

Tats coz of ur faulty PSU...

Change dat PSU b4 attempting any change in the gfx card...

Try an RMA with ur card(doubtful tho) else get a cheapo 8600GT/7600GT...
