WMP problems

Windows media player doesnt import all of my songs...only some of them
also...if i try to play videos (i dont know if its all videos or just one kind) theres an error andf it closes.
i tried some oter players...vlc player works fine but quintessential player has the same problem
what can i do

Seems some codec problem.
D/l a good Codec pack, like K-Lite Mega Codec Pack!

Import into the library? Same problem is occuring for me too after I reset the lib once... Now am using iTunes if I got to windows that is...

i installed klite bout a week ago :S

owell i reinstalled klite and now it works fine...
xcept for the importing part i suspect itunes is behind it
