Windows XP UI in VC++ 6

Hi guys,

I was wondering whether it's possible to develop applications which have the fancy Windows XP-style UI using Visual C++ 6.0. The title bar and the main windows bar have the windows XP style but the buttons and all are just the same old Win 98 style. Will I need to install Visual Studio SP5 or link to some library file? Please guide me through this..
