Windows xp Media Center Edition

    if i use windows xp media center edition in a normal desktop pc which is not a media center pc is there any problem.

    Yaaa....there is a big problem.......U CANNOT GET WIN MCE IN THE RETAIL MARKET.........coz microsoft does not sell it in the market....and if u install a pairated IT WILL BE ILLEGAL....SO PLZ DON'T....

    It would hang most of the times and it is a special OS not meant for normal pcs.
    Instead get a tv tuner card f rom pinaccle or any other and use the bundled s/w.

    if your system is powerful , atleast P4 and has 512mb ram, Xp media center will run perfectly fine. (there is no need for TV tuner to install.). media center is updated winXP version which has inbuilt function for TV recording.
