Just below the line "STOP 0x00000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF6AEFBCC, 0XF7A86680, OXF7A8657C)" there is information given which is in meaningful english lang like "Mini dump full". Read that and try to solve the problem.

There are several reasons for 0x00000007E bluescreen message. 0x00000007E is a common code for most of driver related issues. More details of the error message is required. Check Event Viewer.

1. If you have installed Creative SoundBlaster Live, it could be the problem. Uninstall it by logging into "safe mode".

2. One more common reason is the timing issue. Microsoft has released a patch for it.
Download: WindowsXP-KB900485-v2-x86-ENU.exe

Apply this patch. This could solve your problem.

More Details of timing patch here.

Start your P.C. in safe mode, then type"msconfig" in run box
go to services tab
put a check "Hide Microsoft services"

then disable all the other devices..click apply then click
close
reboot computer

go to device manager then un install display adapters

restart the system

in you may see blue screen again therefore you have to boot back to safe mode so Display drivers will rebuild itself then
restart

that should solve the problem is what I suspect
although there are many other reasons

impossible. he cant start his pc and u r talking about doing this?

His win install has probably corrupted. Boot with xp cd, press setup then press R. This may help but none of your docs will be erased.
