Windows 2008 server VS Windows 2003 a marketing gimick from Microsoft yes or no?

This is a forum where I am inviting you all to discuss debate on whether the 11 features posted by microsoft to procure windows 2008 server is a marketing gimick or not

By default NONE, however some points are subjective such as security as with many 3rd party tool can make Server 2003 also a very secure system

First 6 of these no doubt set the OS apart from 03. Rest as Choto said, can be subjective.
BTW i also count default availability of Powershell as a +. Its a very powerful, multipurpose tool.
