windows 2000 login virus

When i logon windows 2000 server. A message comes. Following error occurs ..." "The network request is not supported. and system cannot login. This may be done by trojen virus, how to remove that virus

If your system boots in the Safe-mode then Full Scan ur system with a good Anti-Virus Software....

Use Norton antivirus and boot into safe mode. Do a full System scan.
If Norton is able to fix the problem, well & good. You can also try with
Kaspersky antivirus. If nothing works, format the drive & reinstall Windows.
Keep that as a last resort.

just open the msconfig and you will get the solution,

run msconfig, and then from start ups remove the things, and if you can't run msconfig, then you will have to get the msconfig exe for the win2000, am sure you will not get it, so mail me, and i will give you,
