Hai,
Microsoft may be removing paint in Windows 10's Fall Creators update
Paint has been part of Windows since 1985
Microsoft Paint has been part of Windows since 1985, from Windows 1.0 all the way to Windows 10. Now after over three decades of use the company plans on abandoning the program, ceasing development and removing it from Windows with their Fall Creators update.
When the company released their Creators update earlier this year they added a new program called Paint 3D, a new program that offers 3D image creation tools as well as some traditional 2D image function. Right now, it looks like Microsoft plans on replacing Paint with this new app, while also replacing 3D Builder in a single swoop.
Paint is not the only app that will be retired with this new update, with 3D Builder, Outlook Express (replaced by Outlook App and Mail), Reader App, Reading List and Powershell 2.0 being removed from OS when the Fall Creators update is released. A full list of deprecated features is available to view here.

What needs to be noted here is that depreciated does not mean dead, as Microsoft may choose to simply not update the app rather than simply removing it outright. Being on the depreciated list means that it can be removed with Microsoft's next major update, though that is by no means a confirmation.
One likely scenario is that Microsoft will allow Paint3D and Paint to live alongside each other for another while, to lessen the blow of a sudden loss of the app, though Microsoft could easily decide to remove it as quickly as possible to for users to use Paint3D sooner.
