I have WinXP SP2 with Latest Patch installed on it.
I am facing problem since a year. When I wanted to recort 1 minut
sound recording Clip through (Path:Start-Accessories-entertainment-Sound recorder)The sound recorder doesnot record a single word.
First I thought Headset-Mic set might be faulty.But mic is working on other PC's where OS other that XP SP2 i.e. Win98, Win2000, Win millenium is installed.
Also I went through various Advanced settings at Sound recorder.
lastely I formatted PC and made a fresh start with my friends Most latest WINXP sp2 CD.it still did not work.
lastly I checked at 4 of my friend's PCs where XP SP2 is installed. At there end also it does not work. but it works on PC's where OS other that XP is installed.
many Expert people worked for same problem on my PC but was in vain..
Any Solution???
