Guys, I am not asking about the procedure to activate my win xp (I already had a long altercation with MS guys). Do you have any other solution i.e. crack.... or so. :?

sorry but discussion of cracks and illegal methods are prohibited on this forum. as your windows xp is legal, u should activate it either through the internet or by phonecall. there is no other option.
