When I install WinXP SP2, in the first boot screen "Professional" dissapears and it just displays "Windows XP".Can It be fixed other than uninstalling SP2?.

Why do u want to bring it back..

U could use a boot skin, or a alternate boot screen. :)

Anyways the boot screen is shown for 2-3 secs .

Ha HA! This is funny! You want to uninstall SP2 just because your boot screen doesnt say 'Professional' ?? Lol.. :D

    Sorry for that.. :)

But if you want the 'Professional' back, PM me, I've made some SP2 compatible boot screens that you can install directly..

Dear deXter, I think no one has understood my query clearly. I really mean that can I degrade some programs from Win XP SP2 to SP1 without uninstalling SP2.(as you know in sp2, Windows Movie Maker is upgraded and it is not easy to operate by beginners{not me}.So can I degrade this to the version present in sp1 without uninstalling SP2?)
Thank you for your earlier reply.
