Win "Start" button does not working...

Win "Start" button is not working!!!

I installed WinBlind few days ago.
After some days I changed the theme,Now my start buton does not respond sometimes.
What to do?
Is there any free alternative??

Actually you don't need any soft.
Download a Uxtheme.Dll patcher and run it.Then you can install and manage 3rd party msstyles using the windows theme manager.

There are several places to download more Msstyle themes.
one of them is *www.themexp.org/

But becarefull while downloading from theme xp..some of those repacked files have adwares.

then simply extract the files to %systemroot%\windows\resources\themes

when I clk on the link to download an error page opens!!
The requested URL /files/g/themexpnusdl1/1/5/147451.exe was not found on this server.
Same case for every theme
