Which TFT LCD Monitor.........???

I am planning to buy a new LCD monitor.I am bit confused to buy which one. I would like to know which monitor will fullfill my requirments.

1.size 15" or 17"
2.like to watch TV through a TV Tuner card 3 to 4 hours/day
3.Little bit of gaming
4.Watch DVDs
5.Round 18k

for 18k yu will get nice TFTs

Samsung 710n(17")= 19k

1280x1024 native resolution

12 ms response time

600:1 contrast ratio

high brightness


u can get viewsonic va712 for 17k but if you compare the two... you'll notice the difference.... samsung LCDs just rule

for 15"... u'll get Samsung 510n.. but 710n is sooo much better.... i hv one too

and most importantly no dead pixels in samsung
