Which is the better AMD sempron 2400 or AMD athlon 2400

i am planning to buy a AMD based system which processor is the good one either sempron 2400 or athlon 2400xp........

hmmm
i think the athlon is 266mhz and the semprons are 333 ( for 2400 only ofcourse)
even tho the semprons are based on the old thoroughbred core ... i think its better than the athlon 2400
instead id suggest an athlon 2600 which is better than the sempron 2600
