Which is the best antivirus software?

Hi!

Can anyone suggest me as to which Antivirus software is the best for Windows XP Professional? It should also have a powerful firewall as the internet usage is high.

Try using Kapersky Personal Suite ( *www.kaspersky.com ) or Bit Defender Pro Plus 8 ( *www.bitdefender.com ). They are good. If you want free, go for Avast ( *www.avast.com ) or Free AV ( *www.freeav.com )

If you have 2GB ram then may be yes! Else go in for one of the above that have been suggested.

Norton just sucks up system resources for no reason.

Or you could go in for Quickheal Internet Security which is also quite good. They are competing with norton and all, and are infect doing well!

Its really getting nasty out here.

There are umpteen threads on it, arent u aware of a search option where u can search any existing bfore posting.
