Which combination?

I'm bit confused with the CPU and mobo combination. Which is better..??

1. AMD Athlon 64 2800+ (754) with Asus K8N mobo and GeForce FX5200
or
2. AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (939) with MSI RS480M2-IL with onboard gfx

Please help me...!!

2nd one is betta as it is future proof to sum extend.754 soc is a dead end.

But to be frank i'll suggest none.go for AMD64 3000+ 939 with Asus A8NE mobo and a external GPU card.

go for 2nd one, if u can buy then add a 6200 non ultra with 128 MB as the cheapest resort

The best would be to go for the second option + a gfx card, a geforce 6200 would be nice. However donot go for the first option as socket 754 is dead!!
