Where is free roam in need for speed most wanted ?

i have the full version nfsmw
where is free roam ,i unlock and complete the game to 100%.
i want free roam.
i want to customize my car and drive in free roam.
plz help me

u can do it frm the career mode.....i dont think u can do it frm outside the career mode.

If you're looking for the kind of "free-roaming" that you had with UG2, where you could challenge fellow street racers to quick outruns, sorry to disappoint you, but its simply not there. EA decided to leave this feature out unbenownced to me and all its fans alike. You can however, like UG2 drive upto the races and enter them, and have police chases in free roam, but the outrun part is just not there. And these things are available in the career mode only, if my memory serves me correctly.
