Whats wrong with my laptop?

Hey!! my laptop was running absolutely fine few days back, now suddenly laptop has become very slow and there are few probs like:

1. I see two my computer icons.. (When u go up from my computer window u will see only one my computer icon)

2. While deleting and file permanently the spelling of removing is shown as removeing!!!

3. I don't see add/remove hardware icon in the taskbar after inserting a pen drive or any other hardware!

I scanned my HDD thoroughly using NOD32.. it showed me a virus in c:\windows\lsass.exe only.. i renamed that file.. now it doesn't show any virus like that.. I also scanned my Laptop for spyware using ad-aware but no improvement..

Instead of just renaming the file, why don't you just let NOD32 delete/quarntine it?

click on delete option or if not occcur u can try clean option
