Today my system hangs, when i open new tab in firefox. i try to restart using restart button but no response. i use power button to turn off pc, but it restarts.

Actually i ordered CM Real power pro 460W PSU, that have problem so the dealer sent that for replacement. he gives Hytech 450W PSU until getback my CM Real power Pro 460W PSU.

That is decent. Would advise you not to even boot up your PC, till the new CM RPP PSU is not installed.
Then test and post back.

It is a descent PSU. If you can increase your budget a bit them you can go for corsair too.
But get risd of your present PSU ASAP.
