This is a file that helps you group your Recent Documents Together, to not display the Recent Documents list on the Start Menu, to prevent an opened document from adding itself to the Start Menu and to clear the Recent Documents history when you exit the computer. Instead of using this registry hack, just download the TweakUI Powertoys for Windows XP and use the settings there to configure your computer. Do not fiddle with the registry unless you know what you are doing.
